Platform DEPTH

Most Cotterman^{^®} Ladders offer Deep Top Step options. Depending on the ladder series the standard top step is normally 10”-12” deep. but 20”-24” and 30” options are available.

Series “A” top step is only available in 14” deep top step.

Work Platforms range from 24” to 84” platform depths.

Tread TYPE

Cotterman^{^®} offers a variety of tread types to suit your needs. So, no matter what environment your ladder will be in, we have a tread that will offer the optimal grip.

Expanded Metal (A1)

Open step design prevents debris buildup.

DIAMOND PLATE TREAD (A7)

Trustworthy grip, ideal for dry, indoor environments. Available on Crossover Bridges ONLY

Tread WIDTH

Cotterman^{^®} offers various tread widths to accommodate almost any situation. So, it is up to you, the user, to determine how and where the ladder will be most commonly used. Our treads vary in widths from 16″ to 30″ to allow for space, storage and usage constraints or requirements.
